Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $60.99

We take great care in packaging your sleepwear to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships.

Important International Information

Once orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that some countries have restrictions on textile imports. We are not responsible for items seized by customs due to violation of local regulations.

Packaging & Handling

We take special care with your sleepwear to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:

• Soft, acid-free tissue paper to protect delicate fabrics
• Recyclable poly mailers or boxes with moisture barrier
• Reinforced packaging for embroidered or delicate items
• Sustainably sourced packaging materials whenever possible

Order Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Please note that during the peak holiday season, it may take an additional 3-4 business days for order processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Shipping Carriers

We use DHL, EMS, and USPS. We don’t accept specific shipping options, but we will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination.

Lost Packages

Didn’t receive your order even though the tracking says it was delivered.We recommend that you check with members of your household and/or immediate neighbors. We also recommend looking around your property as the order may have been left in a different location.If the status is “In Transit” your order may still be on the way to you.

Modify Address

Unfortunately, we are unable to update or change the shipping method on an order once it has been placed. Please place a new order if needed and reach out to our customer service team to cancel the original order.

Delivery Signatures

A signature is not required for delivery – however, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the package is left unattended. We recommend you ship to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Damaged Items

We’re sorry if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of your order, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive and process the returned items, we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred. For international orders, refusal of delivery may result in additional customs fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
