Delivery
Yes! We offer Express Shipping, which delivers your order in 5-6 business days for domestic orders and 7-9 business days for international orders. The cost for Express Shipping is $14.99 (hong kong) and $19.99 (international).
We use DHL, EMS, and USPS for our shipments. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on your order’s destination.
Yes, some countries have restrictions on textile imports. We are not responsible for items that are seized by customs due to violations of local regulations. Additionally, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
No, a signature is not required for delivery. However, we recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages left unattended.
If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to us. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund, minus the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees. For international orders, refusal may incur additional customs fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Please ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase before completing your order, as these sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are returned after the 30-day period. Unfortunately, these items will be returned to you, and you will not receive a refund or exchange.
Currently, we issue refunds to the original form of payment only. Store credits are not offered at this time.
Yes, you can exchange multiple items in one return shipment as long as all items meet the criteria for return (unworn, undamaged, with tags, etc.). Just be sure to include all the items you wish to exchange in your return package.
