Our Return & Exchange Policy
At Mibecca, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase as these styles are designed to spark joy. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Items purchased within 30 days of delivery are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged free of charge within 30 days of shipment. Some items may be excluded. All returns for personal reasons are subject to a $7 restocking fee. Refunds can be processed within 3-5 business days. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
Can I return sale items?
Sale items discounted from 20% to 30% off can be exchanged only. Discounts that are 40% off and greater are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Depending on shipping method and location, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive your package. All credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if there is a damaged/defective/wrong item?
If the item(s) sent was incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact customer service by email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise purchased with original tags from our website within 30 days of purchase.
Once you have selected your items and submitted your exchange, you will be provided a return label to ship the items. Upon carrier scan, your replacement order will begin processing.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging.
We cannot offer refunds if their original tags/packaging has been broken.
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Important Notice:
Please make sure you don’t include non-Mibecca items by accident in your return package.
We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
